Today’s workout is brought to you by my dog doing the cutest thing ever. I was supposed to deadlift tonight but after my soccer game I went into the weight room and it was PACKED with bros. Every rack, all in front of the mirrors grunting and groaning. I literally walked in and walked back out. So I went home and military pressed barefoot in my garage like a rebel. Beau was out there watching me and when I put down the dumbbell after my lateral raises he tried to pick it up with his mouth. Awwwwwwwww!!! My little man. <3
