How does reconstituted lemon juice have zero calories and zero carbs? What exactly am I putting in my tea??

I think if it’s less than a certain amount of cals/carbs they can mark it as zero. What does the ingredients list say though?

The gov’t allows for a small margin of error. So they can just make the serving size smaller and mark zero. Like splenda is ~ 3cal/g
