Tonight I saw this beautiful Asian guy doing full ROM squats with 220+ lbs. I think I’m in love.
This Sunday is the Steelman 5k. I am hoping for a sub 30 minute time but who knows. I feel like the more I run the more I suck at it honestly. Tomorrow I plan on running an “easy” 2 miles and then stretching out all day Saturday. We’ll see.
Now I plan on crawling into bed and watching a mixture of Sherlock and Boardwalk Empire. 4 day weekend FTW.
